As this item is listed 0n eBay as a Digital Download, it requires
immediate payment through PayPal. After your PayPal payment is
complete, eBay will automatically send you an email (to you registered
eBay email address) containing a link to download the software. If
you don't receive the email from eBay, send an email to
support@reloadbuddy.com, and
the support group will forward the download information as soon as they
are able. Click on the link, or copy and paste it into the address
bar if your browser doesn't support hyper-links. When prompted to
open or save, choose save and save the file to a location where it will be
easily found (desktop usually is easiest). After the download is
complete (it may take a few min as the file is around 20MB), unzip the
file, and fun the included setup.exe to install the application on your
computer.

For Reload Buddy version 1.2.4 and later, the system has built in
upgrade functionality which will automatically check for available updates
every time you open the application (requires an open internet
connection). If an upgrade is available, you will be prompted and
asked if you would like to download and install it. Upgrading is a
simple as saying Yes!!

Technical Support to obtain instructions on how to download the up to
date version..
