Purchased via eBay - When you purchase Reload Buddy
via eBay, we are required by eBay to mail you a CD-ROM copy of the
software. Your copy will typically go in the mail 1 or 2 business
days after payment and you should receive it in 7 to 10 days.
Also, after your PayPal payment is
complete, we will immediately send you an email (to your registered
eBay/PayPal email address) containing a link to download the software so
you can begin enjoying it right away. If
you don't receive the email immediately, send an email to
support@reloadbuddy.com, and
the support team will forward the download information as soon as they
are able.
Purchased directly from
www.reloadbuddy.com
- For purchases made directly at our website, no hard-copy of the
software will be mailed. Once your PayPal payment is complete, we
will immediately send you an email (to your registered
eBay/PayPal email address) containing a link to download the software. If
you don't receive the email immediately, send an email to
support@reloadbuddy.com, and
the support team will forward the download information as soon as they
are able.
To Download the Software - Click on the link, or copy and paste it into the address
bar if your browser doesn't support hyper-links. When prompted to
open or save, choose save and save the file to a location where it will be
easily found (the desktop is usually easiest). After the download is
complete (it may take a few min as the file is around 12MB), double-click
the file to begin the installation process.
For Reload Buddy version 1.2.4 and later, the system has built in
upgrade functionality which will automatically check for available updates
every time you open the application (requires an open internet
connection). If an upgrade is available, you will be prompted and
asked if you would like to download and install it. Upgrading is a
simple as saying Yes!!
